If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a period of 14 days after delivery. You can return your package either using Returnista (our return portal) of send it back through your local post office to our warehouse. The shipment for your return is at your own risk and cost. Don’t forget to include the packinglist in the package, so we can process your return properly.
Returnista
When using Returnista, we ask for your order number starting with 500 and your email address during the registration process. You can find the order number and customer number on the top right corner of the packing slip that you received with your order.
You can indicate whether you want to return each item of your order separately. At the end of the process, you can download the shipping label. Additionally, the shipping labels will be sent to the email address you provided, so you can download and/or print them at a later time if needed.
